Today is Friday, February 22, 2013. It is going to be a great day! I was able to leave for work about one-hour later than yesterday, eat breakfast with our the little ones, and help them get their day started. It was a snowy commute on the way to work... Nevertheless, the roads were not treacherous :)
Yesterday, was a big day for the +Fitbit One for it assisted me in surpassing my goal of 10,000 steps and getting 15,861 for the day. I required not only the normal quasi-active lifestyle of walking to co-worker's desk instead of texting, taking the stairs [always], walking one mile in the morning, and running on the treadmill at Gold's for 2.5 miles. Needless to write... I slept very well last night! The treadmill run was great, and felt really, really good to be able to push my legs & lungs to faster speeds again. It has been weeks, if not a good month, since having the desire or capacity to push the running envelope. I achieved a new PR for 2013 running a 00:07:29 minute mile with an average heart-rate of 168 or 169

Almost at 4,000 steps, about to take a stairwell break after updating a training manual for Simplifile.
