Fitbit Force Update

The month of November came and went far too quickly... And now it is the winter, December, 2013, the snow has fallen, thrice, and the streets of Utah Valley are nicely covered under a white-blanket of snow. This is what I call - awesomeness! Take it for what it is worth; ergo, winter is winter, and this means winter sports! More opportunities to test your muscles seeing how well they remember the following:

1. Snow skiing
2. Sledding
3. Bob sledding
4. Snow ball fights
5. Snowmobiling
6. Ice Skating
7. Trail Running
8. Hiking
9. Jogging
10. Walking
11. Cross-country skiing
12. Swimming, yes, swimming is a year-round sport and one I often return to when the windchill is too fierce

So, there you go twelve ideas to keep yourself busy, active, and entertained for the next four or five months until Spring, 2014 greats us! I ran into a friend over the weekend and our entire conversation consisted of steps, step count, walking, going to the gym, and family. Here is question to really spark a bizarre conversation: What is your step count?

Eleven months ago the idea of counting each and every step I take for an entire hour, let alone, an entire day was unthinkable. And just minutes ago my Weekly Stats email arrived from #Fitbit - hurray! And here it is -

It was a lovely week in the snow trying to stay creative with outside strolls, walking farther at the office, and parking farther and farther away from any building. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and hope everyone has someone kind, beautiful, and cheerful nearby to walk with while they secretly aspire to reach their 10,000 daily steps...

Curious about how Peter is doing towards his goal of 5,000,000 steps in the year, 2013?
